Dare to Dream Theatre Provides opportunities for youth to explore theatre locally and nationally!

Through this process based team building experience, teams of 12-30 students ages 8-19 prepare locally for a national festival.

 

These amazing young people are the performers, Junior Directing team members, and technical students that, with guidance from professionals, present a 15-20 minute selection for adjudication and feedback from nationally acclaimed industry professionals. 

 

Over the past 15 years, Dare to Dream Theatre has taken 7 teams of young performers to experience the joy of theatre with youth across the country, and around the world!

 

They have met and learned from Stephen Schwartz, Janine Tesori, Thomas Schumacher, Freddie Gershon, Tim Federle, and so many more amazing mentors and role models from Disney, Broadway, Hollywood, and the music and film industry.

We will be returning to the National Performing Arts Festival at Universal Studios in Orlando Florida February 2025.
